Delivery Area

Saumo ships its products to metropolitan France, European Union countries, and certain international countries. When placing your order, the available delivery options for your geographical area will be automatically suggested.


Processing Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to payment validation. During periods of high activity (launches, sales, etc.), a slight extension of the delay may occur.


Shipping Methods and Times

We offer several shipping methods, including standard and express options via recognized carriers (La Poste, Mondial Relay, Colissimo, DHL, etc.). The estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 5 to 12 business days depending on destination

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carriers.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the order and are displayed before payment validation. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU (customs duties, local taxes). Shipping costs are free in metropolitan France for all purchases over €130.

For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may be applied by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot under any circumstances be covered or reimbursed by Saumo.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.


Delays and Incidents

Saumo cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to carriers. In case of a problem, we invite you to contact our customer service at the following address: sav@saumoswimwear.com

 

Parcels not delivered or returned to sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, absent recipient or unclaimed within the allotted time, the re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

In accordance with our ethical and environmental commitments, we favor committed logistics partners and the use of recyclable or reusable packaging whenever possible.
