Return policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Saumo jersey.
- You have 14 days after receipt to make an exchange or return.
- For hygiene reasons, only unworn (tried on with protection), unwashed jerseys with the original label and hygienic protection intact are accepted.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. (Except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product).
- However, we cover the exchange fees for any purchase over €120 and we offer free delivery, regardless of the exchange amount!

Request the return label
Send us an email via the form below to specify if you would like an exchange, a return, or both .
STEP 2
Print your label
Print your label and stick it directly onto the original package, making sure that it covers the old label.
Step Three
Pack your parcel
Place the swimsuit you wish to return (unworn, with original tag and hygienic protection intact) directly into its original packaging.
STEP 4
Send your feedback
Drop off your parcel at the selected partner carrier.

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you of the full refund to the original payment method (made between 5-10 days) or contact you in case of an exchange.
