Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

 

We hope you'll love your Saumo swimsuit as much as we loved creating it. If not, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.


Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days of the receipt date.

  • Be new, unworn, unwashed, without odor or signs of use.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene protectors intact.

  • Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code may only be eligible for store credit (unless otherwise stated).

Any item not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Return Procedure

 

  1. Submit your request by email to sav@saumoswimwear.com, specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part.

  4. We strongly advise using shipping with a tracking number, as Saumo cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return transit.

 

Exchanges

For logistical reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size or model, we invite you to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order. This time, we will cover the shipping costs, regardless of the amount :)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return complies with our conditions, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, a slight additional delay may apply before the amount appears in your account.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, except in case of an error on our part.

 

Defective Items or Order Error

If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at sav@saumoswimwear.com with a photo of the product concerned. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

 

Returns from outside the European Union

For any returns from a country outside the EU, please make sure to specify on the package that it is a "product return" to avoid any taxes or customs fees. Otherwise, any amount collected upon receipt will be deducted from the refund.
