Shipping & Refunds

At Saumo, each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Montpellier.

• Preparation times: All orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

• Delivery times:

- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days.

- European Union: 3 to 7 business days.

- International: 5 to 12 business days.

• Carriers: we work with reliable and tracked services (Colissimo, UPS, DHL, Mondial Relay, depending on the destination).

Saumo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

• Order tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is dispatched.

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon receipt and immediately notifying the carrier and Saumo of any anomalies found (damaged, opened package, missing items).

💡 Our packaging is fully recyclable and designed to reduce our environmental impact.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

• Return conditions:

For hygiene reasons, items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, in their original condition.

- With all original tags attached.

- With the hygienic protection intact for bikini bottoms.

- The waterproof pouch offered with the purchase of a set or a one-piece must also be returned (except in the case of an exchange), otherwise it will be charged for.

Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

• Return procedure:

The customer must contact hello@saumoswimwear.com stating their order number and the product(s) concerned.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product.

- However, we cover the exchange shipping costs!

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, Saumo will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used during the order.

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a return due to an error by Saumo or a defective product.
