At Saumo , each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our partner workshop in Europe.

• Preparation time: 1 to 2 working days.

• Delivery times:

- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days.

- European Union: 3 to 7 working days.

- International: 5 to 12 business days.

• Carriers: we work with reliable and tracked services (Colissimo, UPS, DHL, Mondial Relay, depending on the destination)

Saumo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

• Order tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is shipped.

The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to immediately notify the carrier and Saumo of any anomaly found (damaged package, opened, missing items).

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

• Return conditions:

For hygiene reasons, the items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, in their original condition.

- Equipped with all original labels.

- With the hygienic protection intact for the bottom of the swimsuit.

Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

• Return procedure:

The customer should contact contact@saumoswimwear.com indicating their order number and the product(s) concerned.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product.

- On the other hand, we cover the exchange fees for any purchase over €120 and we offer free delivery, regardless of the exchange amount!

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, Saumo will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used when ordering.

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a return due to an error by Saumo or a defective product.
